Swim Team Registration Instructions


Important Notes
 - When completing the required forms, only one copy of the Swim Team Release, Swim Club Liability Release, and Tri-County Release is needed for each family. Thus, if you register your child for Spring Warm-ups and have completed all listed forms, the only remaining forms needed for the summer are Swim Team Registration and Tri-County Release.


- Personalized swim caps will be offered again this year. You must order yours before May 15th to insure delivery by the 1st meet. They are the SAME as last year. If you do not want a personalized cap(s), the cost is $3 for a Makos swim cap. If you have questions about the swim caps, contact Elizabeth Endres Hines, eendres@comcast.net. The personalized caps are $27 for 2. You must get 2. Note that the LAST name of the swimmer goes on the cap so two kids from the same family can have a personalized cap for $27.

- New! Sunnybrook Fan Pack!! For $25 you get: a black folding makos chair (great for swimmers to take to meets), a Sunnybrook towel (great for swimmers to use to dry off at meets) and a Makos Visor (great for keeping the sun out of one’s eyes at meets). These items are in limited quantity and will be available while supplies last.

- Jobs As everyone knows, it takes a village to execute a swim meet and swim season. Please sign up for a swim meet job and a social job. A copy of the job descriptions can be found below with the registration forms.

- Fins Our swimmers will get more out of practice with FINS. We are strongly encouraging swimmers to purchase or get hand-me-down fins. D&Q will bring a supply of fins to D&Q day at the pool (early June). We will have a “bring your old fins to practice” day before D&Q day; maybe you can luck out and use someone’s old fins.
