Swim Team Registration is now open

Swim team registration is now open! This year, we had the bright idea (thank you Cindi Schneider) to combine the forms into one document. So, print the attached form, complete all three (3) forms, and get them (& payment) to Cindi Schneider by snail mail or by dropping them off at her home (address provided on the forms). We didn't raise any fees from last year. All paperwork and payment must be complete before your child can practice. If you want personalized swim caps, the deadline is MAY 15! This will assure that the caps are ready for our first meet.
